QHHT is person modality, BQH is remote/ online,  for every one who is able to talk vocally while being in a deep, most relax state of all. The induction is a guided meditation, its easy, its fun, it a session that brings you down into a very deep relaxing state of mind, where a thought, an idea, pictures, images, a sense of knowing or sensing comes in, guiding you with information we are looking for at this time. You will be vocalizing what is coming to you, as each questions are being ask.  It's just like having a dream but then, just like a dream we have at night, in your sleep, its forgotten all as well, once fully awake. ( you get a copy of a digital recorded vocal, before you leave your appointment, for in person session, or a copy from your session done by Zoom, for a distance session)   You will feel completely relaxed during the session, in a somnambulistic stage, Theta state, thats the same state we are in right before falling asleep, and again right before we wake up, each day/night, its very comfortable and truly natural.

 

Some clients go back into past lives, a past life regression is then possible to get in this deeper state and align for healing. When someone goes into a past life, it most likely has some relevance to their present life today.  Some clients stay in todays life, and some others goes on different, interesting, fun adventures, everyones session is very unique, comfortable, relaxing and safe. The session takes you down towards a discovery, to see what circle of life paths you can’t seem to notice on your own  ( like repeating the same mistake and not getting any results doing so, and /or not noticing yourself, consciously, how you’re doing the same mistakes over and over again, and not being able to move forward, away from the same life cycle) this goes on for about one hour-ish, then we call in your higher self, your subconscious, your angels, God, your Spirit ( we can call it whatever you are most comfortable calling it) to be able to answer all of your questions and inquire to find out the purpose, the lessons, the significant and importance of all things that you may be struggling with or stuck with or even just curious about.  During this part of the session, which is another hour, we also ask, during this time, for a full body healing, healing anything that is a bad habit you' would like to eliminate or anything physical, emotional or spiritual or attached to you.

This technique is very empowering to each person that has had a session, as long as your keep listening to the recording provided by the practitioner.  The more often you listen to your recording, even years to come, it will always bring you healing, in the most profound ways.

This technique was developed, invented and specialized by Dolores Cannon, 45 years experiences and so successful. Dolores Cannon passed away in 2014, her Daughter Julia Cannon is carrying over her mother's technique, You can find Dolores Cannon online, on YouTube-QHHT sessions , I also included some of her short videos below.  Dolores asked during healing session how do "They" want to be referred as, and they said we can call them what ever we want. Dolores calls them the SC, short for Subconscious, but it's not the same subconscious that therapist refer to, this Subconscious is powerful, beautiful and wonderful  it's total love energy that has the answers to everything with instant effective healing.

Your Subconscious, your oversoul, your intuition, your inside voice, your higher self, (what ever you want to name it, "They" don't care for labels, so what ever you are comfortable calling it, is just fine.) comes forward and explains what you are here to learn about yourself, while your Subconscious can help you heal most of your health concern, requested on your list, and some times it can heal them all.

Hypnosis is an amazing and incredible way to make changes in your life because your thoughts create the world around you every minute of every day.

Our subconscious minds are in are in a sense " hypnotised" by marketing and advertising, television, the movies, radio and even by the people around us.  The subconscious mind is like a pre-programmed car on autopilot.  It will take the familiar road, whether you want to go or not.  It has no ability to steer itself in a new direction because it follows whatever is programmed into it over time.

The Subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination, so it believes whatever it is your tell it!

Better yet or you’re afraid that hypnotist will make you whack like a duck, and make a fool out of yourself?

 

These are just some of the myths around Hypnosis. Many of us can relate to daydreaming because it’s a normal state of mind for most of us. There are many myths surrounding Hipnosis many if not all of them are simply untrue. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and a state of mind we drift in and out on a daily basis. Every time you get mesmerized by movie get in the zone on the treadmill or get lost in the great book you’re in essence hypnotized think about, when you were in school and you used to stare out of the window lost in thoughts as a teacher talked on and on, even music can hypnotize, some music, in a good way because it can help us relieve stress.

 

Hypnosis is a simple form of focus concentration, and you’re always in control because all Hypnosis is essentially self hypnosis. No one could be hypnotized against their. Will you have to allow yourself to be hypnotized you never abandon your judgement Hypnosis is not brainwashing, pure and simple.

 

When you see a doctor, you know his only purpose is to help you and so it is with Hypnosis the active thought placed in your mind or called hypnotic suggestions and they are based on your limited beliefs. When you begin to feel drowsy, all you need to do is relax and go with the flow hypnosis will help you not because of any dominating force, but because of the suggestion will integrate within your force, and listing them on your behalf for your own welfare. To put it in simple terms Hypnosis will help you do what you have been wanting to do but so far, I have been unable to do alone.

 

As you drift into relax state of consciousness, you will experience during hypnosis you will begin to feel drowsy. Your eyes will start to feel heavy, and you will feel a delightful sets of relaxation coming over you. For many of us this is a natural state experience just before bedtime Hypnosis is simply a means of inducing this state of mind, artificially end of prolonging it to your advantage there’s nothing to be afraid of because you are in charge. The Hypnosis is merely your guide.

 

 

Is Hypnosis Dangerous?

You’re never had a controlled rest assure you will never do anything goes against your moral or values. Hypnosis is not the same as sleep, however, although you will most likely feel rested and refreshed after a session, will some people feel like they had not actually been hypnotize other feel as if they’ve woken from a deep sleep it’s not necessarily to be in a deep level of trance in order to make changes, because even light levels are extremely effective. If you could follow instructions and relax, you can be hypnotized.

 

Can Everybody be Hypnotized?

The fact of the matter is that anyone can easily be hypnotized because Hypnosis is a very common state of mind. However, if you try self hypnosis and you’re able to relax, you may just want to try again when you feel less stress, caffeine in nerves will sometimes make it difficult for one to achieve a trance like state.

 

People that are not ideally candidate, for Hypnosis are people that might be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or people that have a learning, disability or mental disorder. It’s also recommended that those with epilepsy not to be hypnotize as well, because the state of hypnosis could elicit seizures ( only for those who currently have epilepsy). in addition, Hypnosis may not be suitable for those that have psychosis or mental illness.

 

Well, I Change Personalities?

Hypnosis will never change who you are at the court of your being you can use hypnosis to make mirror personality change, like becoming more confident or outgoing, but Hypnosis will not change who you are.

 

Will, I Remember What Happened in the Session?

You may remember everything for my hypnosis session or you may drift into out of consciousness awareness only remembering a few things that it’s not necessarily to try and pay attention because the subconscious mind is always on alert.

 

Can I Become Stuck in Hypnosis? What if I Don’t Wake Up?

You cannot become stuck in a hypnosis and don’t have to worry that you won’t wake up because you’re mine is very strong and you always are in charge of your mind.

 

Well, I Be Asleep or Unconsciously During Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is not the same asleep, although he will most likely feel rested and refreshed after a session Hypnosis is similar to sleep, but it’s not sleep. It’s also not unconsciousness it’s simply relax concentration.

 

Well, I Be Able to be Hypnotized?

If you can relax and follow some simple instructions, you can be hypnotized it’s not necessarily to be in the deep state of hypnosis to make changes either because of a light State of trance can work just as well as a deep state.

 

How Do I Know if I’m Hypnotized?

You may not actually know that you’re hypnotized, but if you feel extremely relax, you can hear what is going on, (but you may not move your arms in your legs for some people, not all) You’re most likely hypnotize me also feel a heaviness or tired like you feel immediately before falling asleep.

 

 

What is my mind on? Occasions wonders during hypnosis?

 

It’s OK if your mind wanders, and as a matter fact, it’s completely normal. You will drift in and out of different state of awareness within the session and this is naturally and Normal.

How To Prepare for Your
QHHT/BQH Session
 

What does this day look like

Sessions can be in person appointment using QHHT Technique or

online using Zoom with BQH Technique.

 

When you book a session, set aside a full day, don't make any commitments for afterwards. This session is for YOU, alone, no one else around, so your energy is pure away from anyone else's energy, no static, interference. this is VERY IMPORTANT!

You will need time to eat a heavy meal right after your session. This is a strong obligation, you MUST EAT AFTER YOUR SESSION this is to ground yourself  back down, and you will need time to reflect on this day.

This Booking is a minimum of  5 hours and can last as long as 7 + hours.

 

You will be asked to make two list. 

One about your health problems ( about 12 to 15 questions )

It can be, anything from physical pain,

emotional pain, addictions, spiritual, bad habits, diseases, illnesses, inherited health issues, anything at all that is health related .

And then a second list (another 12 to 15 questions) of personal questions, examples: about your life’s direction, relationship questions, any career questions, home situations, unknown doubts, fears, uncertainty, or why something happened to you, a past event that still sits with wonder, something about your upbringing, future benefits, what is your purpose in life, and what are your gifts.  It can also be questions about someone else, who passed away, or some else's health discomfit.  All questions are great questions.

 

The session is not an hourly fix, this session takes as long as it needs to be, the first 2-3+ hours is an interview just the two of us, alone, nobody else present or allowed at this session, even if you have a partner / friend who travels miles, for this session, no exceptions, this is between you and the practitioner . Nicki needs to get know you, prior to the actual session, this is to ensure she fully understand what you want to achieve. Going through all your health problems, health concern and health occurrences, then we go through your life together, as much as possible to give Nicki the right informations, so she can successfully understand and address your sessions needs, to fully grasp your concerns and your needs to address your higher self, the Subconscious to help you in the best way possible, this means getting Into some details some times about everything ...  from your up bringing, siblings, friends, your school years, your relationships, your careers, your health, everything right up until today.  Then we go through your two list together. Following this, I will explain the process and what it's all about, to assure your comfort.

We talk about you, your life, your listed items And we get to know each other comfortably, so you are able to relax during this session at ease with trust. Then we break for a lunch / snack / pee break ( about 30 min)

 

After Break, we start the session,

Having you laying down comfortably on a zero gravity chair recliner, you can lay or just lift the legs, as long as you are comfortable, you can have blankets or none at all, all your choice of comfort, while staying fully dressed, only your shoes come off, this session is digitally recorded ( vocally in person or recored using Zoom for online appointments) you get a copy of the recording before you leave the session, or for online sessions, an email copy will be sent to you after your session.

During this session of relaxation theta state, you are partly consciously aware, but once you are fully awake you start forgetting like we do with dreams, thats why you get a copy of the recording, so you can listen to it again when you are home. And you MUST take the following three days + or nights to listen to the recording, this is part of the healing journey, and commit to keep listening to your recording as often as required, this is when all the recording informations makes more sense to you, and you will notice a lot of changes. The more often you are able to listen to the recording, the better your results, even 6 months to a year later, this recording will bring you comfort and you will hear it and take the information differently each time, benefiting you each time you listen to it.

The session is no longer then two hours long, I can’t go any longer then two hours.

After the session is over, we discuss everything that was said, during the theta state, and discuss how everything got healed, and how the healing will continue for the next three + days/nights, the next coming days to weeks coming  and we will discuss how all the questions got answered, so you get a full grasp on the session and feel comfortable leaving with a new body and soul, ready to continue your life journeys refreshed with clarity.

 

After this session, it’s a MUST to go eat a heavy full meal, to ground yourself back down, DON'T GO TO BED!

You’ll feel fresh and better then the state you were in before this session

 

 

The Night Before Your Session

The night before your session, it's highly recommended to have no alcohol, no recreational substance. This is to prepare your soul and bring it to presents in its most natural form and existence, if you cheat this part of preparing, you WILL cheat yourself from a successful session and waist both of our time away.  Set some quiet relaxing time alone, or if possible go for a nature walk alone

Have some soft relaxation music, healing /sounds/music ( you can find using You Tube for free) and read over your two lists.

 Hydrate with water,  water is very important. 

Stay away from the radio, tv and social media,  this is to better relax your mind and prepare your energy to invite your subconscious so your session has a better outcome. Go to bed early, get plenty of sleep.

The Morning of Your Session

Before your session, the morning of, refrain from any alcohol, no drugs (unless prescribed by a doctor)... the session won't work if your mind is under the influence, 

Have a clean eating diet, green, fruits, vegetables, anything from the earth that isn't from a can, jar, bag or box, as healthy as possible, no grease, no preservatives, no chemicals, no heavy foods and drink water. The morning of, no more then one cup of coffee max, coffee can ruin this session all together, so please, I ask you kindly to refrain from coffee or anything caffeinated.  Chemicals in coffee can’t relax this part of the mind.

 Take the morning to relax in a quiet space environment, meditate if that’s part of your morning routine, have some quiet alone time again with some healing music, no tv. no radio and no social media, or go for a nature walk, or just a walk, alone. Make this morning a relaxing one, no running around, no multi tasking, this is to make the energy around you feel safe, away from feeling like it needs to survive.
